The present motion for approval of release of funds held in escrow pursuant to prior court order approving transfer of petitioner Clark’s structured settlement payment rights was continued to this date to permit petitioner Clark to file copies of the written estimates from licensed contractors for the various home repairs now sought to be completed with the funds remaining in escrow.
Having received these estimates, the court now authorizes the law firm holding the funds to disburse funds payable directly to the following:

$8,609.49 Bonney Plumbing (Plumbing)
$ 617.94 Bonney Plumbing (Electrical)
$2,720.00 Fallen Leaf Tree Management
$3,554.15 Sacramento County (Property Taxes 2017-2018)
$2,141.99 Law Office of Barry H. Spitzer
No later than 4/13/2018 petitioner Clark’s counsel to file with the court copies of
the checks payable to each of the recipients identified above, with the bank account number redacted.
Funds remaining in escrow may be disbursed by the law firm payable directly to American River College but only as payments come due for petitioner Clark’s tuition, books and other essential supplies.
